What do we charge ?

Our initial consultation is free as are any follow up visits

For the estate sale, or commission is 35% of the gross sale which is only earned by the successful selling of your items and taken from the proceeds

The family will not incurr any front fees. Our commission covers all expenses including our employees, advertising and other incidentals used in the sale of your items.

No other fees are charged unless mutually agreed upon or if there is extra work not covered involved.

You will be paid within 10 business days so any checks can clear.

An excel spread sheet will be provided with the final accounting.

We can take items on consignment for sale also at 35%


2.

What happens to the unsold items

We strive to  clear the estate in a nice organized fashion with no mayhem or problems.

 Our solutions are tailored to the particular wishes of the family

We can arrange for a charity to pick up remaining items, leave them for the family or sell to a buy out person

What out of pocket expenses will I have?

There are NO upfront costs to the Client.

 Our services are included in our overall percentage.
